How much is shipping?Standard postal delivery is free for all orders.

How are your prints packaged for shipping?Prints are shipped in triangular kraft boxes or cardboard tubes if you live in Australia. Every order is packaged with care to make sure your prints arrive safely with minimal environmental impact.

Do you offer gift packaging?Unfortunately we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at this time but if it is something you would be interested in please do let us know. Please note retail prices are never displayed on internal packing slips but if your package is shipped internationally prices will be displayed on the outside in compliance with international shipping regulations.

Do you offer framing?We do not currently offer framing however if this would be of interest to you in the future please let us know via the contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal.

Why do the colours of my print look different to my screen?Every screen displays colours differently. We try our best to show prints as accurately as possible but please be aware that print colours may vary from what you see on screen.

Can I change or cancel my order?All orders are printed on demand so cannot be returned or exchanged. However it may be possible to cancel or change details such as print design or delivery address if the printing process hasn't yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible to enquire.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?We hope your order arrives in perfect condition but if there is a problem please get in touch at jen@bloominglovelyprints.com as soon as possible. Please send clear and accurate photographic evidence of any issues or damage (including packaging) and we will do our best to help.

Do you license your art?Yes. If you would like to enquire about licensing please email jen@bloominglovelyprints.com with details of your company and any particular artworks you are interested in.

Do you offer wholesale prints?Not at the moment but please get in touch if you have any wholesale queries and we will look into this.
